Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray
In a world addicted to size zero, Sony Ericsson launched its slimmest and sleekest smart phone with a 9.4mm thickness and 100g weight. Running Gingerbread Android OS, it supports a 512GB RAM, 1BG memory with only 300 MB available to users and 4GB microSD card slot expandable up to 32GB.
Data transfers can happen over GPRS, Wi-Fi hotspot connections, EDGE, 3G, WLAN, Bluetooth and a USB port. An 8.1 mega pixel high quality camera with autofocus and LED flash has latest features like Geo-tagging, face detection and image stabilization and it lets you capture your special moments. Other high-end features are HD video recording, video light, smile detector and self-timer. With Google Android as its backbone, it supports all the apps available in the Android Market and services provided by Google.
The 3.3 inch Bravia screen display has touch sensitive controls, proximity sensor for auto-turn off and a scratch-resistant display keeping your phone safe from damage. With a 480×854 pixels display, the clarity is amazing. Only Home is a physical button while the rest of the buttons are all touch sensitive.
Sony Ericsson Xperia ray supports threaded views of SMS, an HTML browser, stereo FM Radio, GPS and Java support. Excellent battery life with talk time 6 hours 50 mins is provided by the Li-Ion 1500 mAh standard battery. On standby, it can last up to 430 hours while you can listen to music for 36 hours before you need to recharge.

Sony Xperia S revealed in CES las Vegas
Today in Consumer Electronic Show Sony revealed A brand new Xperia phone model. The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz dual core processor provides a lag-free interface for all types of apps. Now you can record Videos without getting interrupted.
XPERIA S – Operating System
Currently the phone will be shipped with Android OS version 2.3 (Gingerbread) and the Latest version of Android OS (Ice Cream Sandwich) will be available as an upgrade in second quarter of 2012.
XPERIA S – Display
The wonderful phone had the super wide display 4.3” HD Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA® Engine at resolution of 720 x 1280 which is almost similar to a 13″ macbook pro screen. The huge resolution allows the phone to render the full HD Videos. As the camera is capable of recording videos at 1080p then of course the phone can play 1080p HD Videos.
XPERIA S – CAMERA
The phone is featured with with 12 MP HD camera at rear end Capable of recording Videos at 1080p Full HD quality. Unlike Xperia Arc S the phone has a HD front camera which is capable of recording HD Videos at 720p Quality and capture stills at 1.3 MP picture quality.

Sony's First Android Walkman NW-Z1000 Specifications
Sony Japan has announced its latest Walkman NW-Z1000 which is powered by Android Gingerbread 2.3 . The overall looks seems promising and so do the specs of this gadget. It is the first ever model from the Walkman series using the Google operating system. The player would be coming up in 16, 32 and 64 gig versions. Check out more pictures and specs for it below.
