Powershovel CLAP is the new mini digital camera with a minimalist design that is the creation of Powershovel, the Japanese design studio.
The camera weighs a mere 24 grams and it measures 1.4 inches by 2.8 inches by 0.89 inches. But being small doesn’t restrict the features of this mini digital camera as it sports a 2 megapixel lens, and it can even take photos in a 1280 x 1024 resolution which can be then stored to your system as JPEG files. On top of that, the camera can record video in 720 x 480 resolution.
The little camera has a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery and it also features a built-in USB connector that enables the users to hook it up easily to their computers to quickly transfer images and video. The camera has a little strap hole too so that you can get hold of it with a piece of string or a cord.
In addition, the Powershovel CLAP digital camera also has a microSD card slot, which can take up to 16GB cards. Users also get the option of choosing the camera in six different colors. It is available for $49.95 from Amazon.
